This farmers market features an ever-changing selection of fresh, locally grown produce and fruit, as well as a variety of baked goods, honey, trail mix and handmade gift items. The Muskingum County Master Gardeners were on hand on opening day to answer gardening questions.

One aspect of the New Concord market that makes it unique among farmers markets in Ohio is that proceeds from vendor registration fees for the market are donated to the New Concord Food Pantry, to help feed those in need.

The New Concord Farmers Market is sponsored by RENew (Renew the Environment of New Concord), a volunteer community organization.
