Niederman Family Farm is a working farm that invites the public to see a fading American culture. In our fourth generation, we have been educating families, school children and groups about farm life for more than a decade.

There is more to do this year on Niederman Family Farm than ever before. Join us for farm tours, hayrides, planting the pumpkin patch, livestock, bonfire pits, barn rentals, paintball courses, bed and breakfast inn and many seasonal events.

Don't miss the Spring tours, summer BBQs, Fall corn maze and pumpkin patch and Christmas walk, among many other seasonal activities.

Ongoing activities feature barn rentals, bonfire pits, paintball courses, and many seasonal events. We also accommodate groups, large family reunions and corporate events in a restored 1890s barn with modern amenities.

If one day isn’t long enough to take in the relaxing sights and sounds of farm life, stay a night at the Gregory Creek Inn Bed & Breakfast located at the farm.

Loriridge Farm consists of 28 acres with about five acres dedicated to tree fruit and four acres planted in vegetables and cut-flowers. We use hoop houses for flower and vegetable production, and to start the approximately 20,000 transplants we use each year. Our other crops are alfalfa, red clover and rye, all of which are planted in rotation with the vegetables and flowers. This rotation allows us to naturally enrich our soil, increase organic matter, and aids in the control of weeds.

While we are not certified organic, we follow many sustainable farming practices such as crop rotation, plow down of green manure crops, composting, and integrated pest management.

We scout our fields and orchards daily, and apply the most environmentally and consumer safe controls only when needed.

We use organic approved controls whenever we can, and many of our crops are not sprayed at all.
